We are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping information to ensure a smooth shopping experience. All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes.
1. Order Processing & Confirmation
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays) after your order is confirmed.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order and payment.
Order Cut-off Time: For same-day processing, please ensure your order is placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Peak Periods: During high-demand seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify affected customers of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international addresses.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Primary Carriers: Orders are primarily shipped via FedEx Ground or other reliable carriers.
Special Handling: For larger, fragile, or oversized items, special freight shipping may be required. Any additional fees or extended processing times will be clearly communicated during checkout.
Multiple Packages: Items from the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:

5. Delivery Timeframes & Process
Standard Shipping: Total delivery time includes both order processing and in-transit shipping. Estimated delivery is 4-7 business days from order confirmation (1-2 business days processing + 3-5 business days in transit).
Special Freight/Large Items: Delivery may take longer; specific estimates will be provided at checkout.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) to monitor your package's progress.
Important Note: All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
6. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Goods
Upon Delivery: We recommend inspecting packages immediately upon delivery.
Visible Damage: If the package shows visible damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at info@lumosy.shop.
Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after accepting the package, contact us immediately at info@lumosy.shop with photos or video of the damage and product. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed resolution procedures.
7. Shipping Address Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Lumosy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
